What is the Human & Nonhuman Communication Lab?

It is a lab at the School of Communication of Universidad Anáhuac México that studies how people, artificial intelligence agents and digital systems communicate, build trust and make decisions.

Where is the lab?

It is part of the School of Communication of Universidad Anáhuac México, with a presence at the North Campus (Huixquilucan, State of Mexico) and the South Campus (Mexico City).

What does “nonhuman” mean in the name?

It refers to the artificial intelligence agents and digital systems that take part in communication: they answer, recommend, write or coordinate. It does not equate people and machines.
